What Bar, our Christchurch cafe/bar offers, appetising and satisfying food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as delicious drinks late into the evening.

Our menu is constructed on simple, fresh flavours that are light, healthy and yet fulfilling.  Where possible we use organic and free range produce as well as locally reared, caught and grown products.

As a perfect accompaniment, our beverage list has been designed specifically with you in mind, the person that enjoys a great drink.  We offer a diverse wine list, a fantastic range of local and international beers and fine spirits.

Our cocktail list has been hand crafted using only the finest spirits, liqueurs and fresh ingredients.  We have something on our list to cater to most tastes but if nothing grabs you then just ask, we are only to happy to make you whatever you desire.

Full menus are provided from 6.30am until late and out of hours a simplified snack menu is available. 

We do not provide food and beverage service to your room but we do provide all meals to take out.  You are more that welcome to order a take out meal from your room and come down and pick it up once ready.
